One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My beautiful room had stylish décor and extravagant bathroom. Each morning it was a great pleasure to have breakfast in the lovely courtyard, featuring seasonal fruit, toast, egg dishes, juice and coffee. The location in the historic center is superb. Most importantly, the hotel staff members are experts in customer service. I had a personal emergency during my stay. The hotel manager and restaurant manager went out of their way to show tremendous kindness to me, which I will never forget. I am so fortunate to have stayed at this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel with just a few rooms, great staff, very nice breakfast in a lovely courtyard, and a truly exceptional location in the heart of the town. Our room was super-sized and well appointed, with an upstairs sitting area.

Went a few times. Beatutiful place, quiet slow service, waiters never smile and look sad and you have to ask for each kind of menu (food, drinks, wine), Food is good but it is lack of management.

An excellent hotel in close proximity to the zocalo. In a heartbeat I would again stay in the room Samarcanda which features a comfortable loft sitting area. The room is well maintained with beautiful high ceilings and hard wood floors.

The hotel courtyard is a relaxing retreat from seasonal afternoon rains and be certain not to miss breakfast. While I generally skip breakfast, the food here was one of the highlights of my trip.

Amazing hotel: historic building, rooms furnished with beautiful antique furniture but with a touch of modern design and everything super modern . Extremely warm and welcoming staff.
