Loved this hotel and the staff! Beautiful and clean hotel, warm heated pool, great rooms and shower. Breakfast included and was delicious. Room service was delicious, perfect, no surcharges - just a tip if you want and super yummy!

They helped us book a couples massage - 1 hour massage for each of us simultaneously and total price was US $65!

I'LL BE BACK. hahaha...

And for more than one night next time!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The parking was easy, and the room was comfortable. The room we got was HUGE. They take pride in offering clean and comfortable stays for guests. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and both were excellent. From this location, we were able to walk around the downtown historic area and see the sights. We got back late at night and had to show our room key and talk to the guard before entering. That made us feel very safe in this location. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others who travel to/through Puebla.

Great hotel with breakfast included! Pool is awesome too. We had amazing staff and they cleaned our room daily. We only wish we had a room with a window and/or a view.

The room is a lovely design right from the ability to park undercover right by your room to the sitting area at room entry. The bedroom is a generous size and the WC is separated from the sink and shower area. We liked the decor. The location is a short walk to the historic center. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wine selection I'm the restaurant was not good. There was no white the evening we were there so we agreed to red. The bottle of red we ordered was not in shock so we ordered a glass of another red that was not good - it tasted 'corked. The dinner was passable. We were the only ones eating there. Breakfast onthe other hand was very good. Perhaps the dining service should be closed and concentrate on breakfast.

The rooms are huge and the bed is very comfortable.
But the breakfast is not good and crowded. Some times you need to wait for a table.
The internet in the rooms was not working during my stay.

Went here during Covid pandemic. I won't lie! The hotel is pretty nice! The rooms are very spacious and the service is very good!
We saw some rooms opened for at least 2 days due to ventilation purposes so we felt pretty safe.

This hotel far exceeded my expectation. When I booked, it was such a good deal that I was afraid it would be too good to be true. It wasn't. The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. The free, secure parking was also a big benefit. The historic center of town was just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk. I will definitely staff here again.
