It's a beautiful place with lovely people. The project has a warm touch in every space. Comfy and pretty. I'd say that because of the organization of common spaces it's easier to make new friends. Claudio is kind and really willing to help travelers. I cannot recommend it higher

Nice and calm hostel. The owner is very accommodating and gives information about the activities in the area. The beds in the shared dorm are a bit shaky but comfortable. The cute terrace on the roof top is a nice place to relax.

Lovely place! The family that owns this hostel is SO nice!!! I really enjoyed my stay! They have good wifi, a nice (not to fancy) breakfast, good showers, a VERY adequate kitchen and salsa lesson for free! I can whole heartedly recommend this place as a 5 star place!

Best hostel in the city by far! The hosts will do everything to make you feel at home, this is precious. Excellent atmosphere, excellent beds and showers, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Nightlife in Puebla is really fun, and you'll certainly find friends in Chante 18 to enjoy it with! I highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Chante 18 for three nights and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Puebla. The hostel has a relaxed atmosphere and is very well carred for with cool murals and nice rooftop garden. Private rooms are available. It is clean and the breakfast is tasty and filling. We took advantage of both the recommendations of locations to visit around the city and the free salsa dancing lessons offered by the hostel -- these really made our stay in Puebla amazing. Lauro is a great teacher.

Loved this family run hostel. Gorgeous fresh breads for breakfast. Nice al fresco place to sit upstairs.
Next to a noisy road though.
Coffee had cinnamon in... if you like that sort of thing

We made a work trip to Puebla, but Amanda and Lauro really made us feel as if it was holidays. The house is amazingly and uniquely decorated with artistry from all over the world. The rooms are very bright and there is a boheme feeling in them. Breakfast is really good and you feel like at a friend's place. We've been back other two times and will continue. It's a great place.
