Quality hotel. Secure parking. Responsive and attentive staff.
Great hot water and pressure.
Comfortable bed.
Excellent housekeeping.
Convenient to Centro.
5 star property at a 4 star price.
I will return.

You cannot beat the location if you plan to walk around the historic center. Hotel offers basic accommodation with fairly updated facilities. As noted elsewhere, beds are HARD. You’d be best sleeping on a slab of concrete! If you’re a light sleeper request a room away from the street as they can be incredibly loud. There is no AC.

Rooms w/o AC. Small window so the room didn't smell good. Meals ok but portions were very small. Localization so-so.

The beds are HORRIBLE. There is a plastic overlay between mattress and cover, so it feels and sounds like sleeping on a packaged mattress. You don't even dare to move to avoid waking your company. Also, both cover and overlay get loose during the night (seem to be too small), so you probably sleep the second half on the uncovered mattress. Ah, and we found hairs on the bed.
In our room, the bathroom door didn't close. And if you tried closing it forcefully, it screeched across the floor with such a bone-crunching sound that we decided to leave it open.
The rooms are spacious, though, the water pressure is good. We got one breakfast for free (not the second), although the breakfast is nothing special at all. We also got a voucher for a free cocktail or shot at the bar, but it is closed on Sunday, so we couldn't redeem it. There is a safe in the room. Staff speaks English. Location is good (10-15 min to the Zócalo). Checkout at 13:00.

Nice and clean and big room and bath. Breakfast is decent though you have to be careful what you reserve as there is a small breakfast per standard and you need to pay some pesos for the buffet.

Everything is great. I love how they cook chilaquiles. Clean and big rooms. Nice service. Just one thing and the reason for 2 ????. I got a scratch on my car, so when you go out from hotel always check your car.
