Positive: Small hotel with all Services. The breakfast is great and in the room you have even a small kitchen. The terrase is great and you reach a lot of Restaurants by Walking distance. The personnel is very friendly as well. Negative: Small Details which I didn't mind.

I rented their smallest of rooms. My experience here was as follows: impeccably clean, well-designed layout has the basics quickly within reach in a small space that is spacious enough to not feel cramped....includes among other things a kitchen sink, small stove, microwave, cupboards with dishes, working space, dining table, queen bed, and a fridge twice as big as the normal size you'll find in most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is located steps away from restaurants, bars, and amenities. For all this, the room was well priced. Excellent value.

Love this quaint clean customer service friendly inn. Will definetally come here again. Made nice home cooked meal for my kids. So tidy and clean.

Great place, with nice suites and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is limited and gym is practically non-existent; but other than that!

This place is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When i come back to puebla mexico. This will be where i stay.
