Ok. First of all beds are very hard. Second is hot water is not all day long. Third if you rent a room with bathroom they have 2 Rooms with bathroom, but one of them has no windows. They would never tell about it on booking or anywhere. In puebla there are plenty of places with better Rooms for 350 pesos. If you want private room this place may be not best choice. Hostel Rooms looks ok but I did not sleep there. Location is fine.

BED BUGS! I left this hostel with 10 painful bites and bed bugs in my backpack. I called to tell them, but it didnt seem like they‘ll do much about it. Also, there is no breakfast.

However, the location is great and the overall atmosphere very relaxed.

Pretty cool Hostel/Hotel easy to walk to everywhere in Puebla.

Decent hostel near the city of Puebla. The beds were comfortable and so were the blankets.
Community shower doesn't drain and the toilets are average.
Community area features a kitchen and chairs along the wall.
Wifi works outside the room but didn't work in the dorm. Also no curtain for the dorm beds and bed light doesn't work.

A BIG "DON'T GO HERE".
They have two hostels here, they sent me here from the first one, because they said that the dorms were not clean (it was 6PM). I checked in, paid for two nights, but the internet was barely working and the showers were ice cold so I checked out the next morning. At first they didn't want to give me money back, after negotiations they reimbursed me with only 50% of the price of the second night. I am definitely not recommending this hostel. Although, the staff was very nice. It was the manager call, not theirs.

Nice and quiet but does feel unfinished. Hot water is sometimes available. Cheap and cheerful but nothing special.

Pros: good location, good price, nice to chill out, rooftop area for yoga/workout/chill, nice kitchen with all the basics, great customer service
Cons: internet only works close to reception so if you want it to work in your room get one very close, hot shower is a bit of a gamble if you go during/after popular times.
What really makes this place so sweet are the people who work here, especially Itcel and Hugo, exceptionally helpful and just amazing human beings ✨
