I’ve shopped here multiple times but today my wife was nearly brought to tears when they were unable to meet a very reasonable request. Having shopped at many many Costco locations we have never been treated so poorly. Costco is typically known for its outstanding customer service. This is not an isolated incident. I promise if there were other options we’d cancel our membership and shop elsewhere. I guess when you are the only option in town you can offer second rate service and not feel bad about it. Cooperate will be contacted concerning this incident.

I would suggest to make the products on sale more visible.

Always spent double of what I planned. If you come for socks, you will leave with chips, a cake and other things. So it gets expensive. But fun to check what is new.

Against the countries general rules, they check your bags and your receipt before u leave, alleging that it's the the members contract.. do I guess they are in the habit of treating their costumers like thiefs.. I try to avoid unless what I'm looking for can only be found here..

Similar to a USA costco experience but expect less selection and a bit higher prices.
