I had a horrible experience here! We we're the only ones in the dining area yet no one came by to check on us when we did get to order we got to fairly decent drinks but our Buffalo wings were dry and cold and not good at all. Took us forever to flat someone down just to pay and get the hell out of there ...

Pros: Reasonable prices, plenty of seating, good location. Cons: Food is okay, service is okay, music gets loud at night.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30. Place was packed by 7:00. The food was quite good. I tried the tuna tostada (YUM) and ate FOUR Jamaica tacos they were that good!!! I will def go back with friends for the good food and ambiance and a freaking Tuesday in Puebla! ;)

Everytime was very nice, but on Monday the first time that the Service was bad...
We are sitting on the Table over 10min and we was the only guests in the no smoking area and no Service take our order for the dinner. I take our clothes and leave!!!
We take our Dinner than in the Hooks and the Service was TOP ***** and the dinner perfect.

Food and drinks are decent. There are more Restaurants downtown with much better seafood, prices and service.

The waitresses might offend you if you don't want to leave the 15% tip even though it's not a must do thing according to PROFECO.

Music was ok, food was ok, and service? not sure. We got two shots of Jagermeister for 40mxn(what they call "promotion"). At the end, they charged us for 115mxn total. The promotion came with soda water which we didn't ask for , and that costs 75mxn!!!!!!!! And they didn't tell us that until we pay. Moreover, they forced us to pay at least 10% of tip(she was waiting in front of our table to check the amount of tip). If I was satisfied with their service I would be willing to pay, but obviously they just want money from customers.
