Rooms were great. However suites don't get air conditioning while the regular rooms do. Great service. If you have a wedding there though the recommend a very incompetent dj that won't listen to any of the texts you send them, completely ignored timestamps and our entire list of songs to play at the reception. Also they messed up the cake, we asked for a chocolate caramel cake and they gave us a chocolate with a weird white frosting cake. Other than that pretty good. Beautiful place. Great hotel staff

Great views from the Terraza.

Very clean, beautiful place, good service.
Breakfast was authentic and yummy. Within walking distance to old town centre. Just make sure cable is working before you get comfy :)

Clean rooms with great service and amazing decor, although the towels are a little rough. Nice balcony bar, but not much of a view unless you go to the rooftop. The hotel itself is beautiful and intricate and has great food, but the location is a little far from the zocolo, making it a little less convenient. The rooms also are either insanely spacious or kinda tight- not much in between.

A very clean, beautiful and friendly hotel. Wonderful staff that is attentive to our needs. The restaurant is great with good service and good food.

Great place to stay when in Puebla. We stayed for two nights with a toddler. Our room was beautiful and had all the amenities expected. The in house restaurant serves fantastic meals. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the historical center of the city so you can walk there. The staff were friendly and helpful and were accomodating to our needs. Highly recommended this little boutique hotel to anyone who visits Puebla.
