This hotel is in a great location. Close walk to callejón de los sopas, calle del dulce, and the biblioteca palafoxia. A lot of food options in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel was quiet. A cleaning lady came daily to clean the room. Our room had its own AC unit. Front desk was super helpful with accommodations.

Right in the heart of Puebla, opposite to the cathedral. Picturesque boutique hotel with lovely rooms with balconies and a view.

Excellent location!. The view from room was amazing. The customer service received was the best. Personal request were done with a smile. Staff was the best and.most helpful, especially José maria mejia. Would definitely stay again. Only thing, was bed was squeaky.

Very clean and the view is amazing. Restaurants and shops are close by as well. Customer service is also very good.

The rooftop bar has great views but terrible food and drinks. The fries were limp and flimsy like they were dehydrated before frying. The cocktail had no alcohol in it and was full of sugar even though I asked for no sugar.

Very great price/location and service. Rooms are very clean and updated. Right in front of cathedral. Can't go wrong.

I was lucky enough to spend one night in the Casa Hotel just before I left Puebla. I had been attending a Spanish immersion school, and a friend and I had rented an apartment thru Airbnb. We had walked by the hotel, and noticed its wonderful location, so the last night I was in Pueblo I stayed there. The hotel was luxurious, very pleasant, with a gorgeous view of the Cathedral. I was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast the next morning was provided at a nearby hotel as the restaurant was not yet operative in the Casa Rosa itself.
