I visited mid morning and they were slammed with business which is good but can be bad. It’s hard for 2 waitresses to keep up with when only periodically helped by the manager. In all the service by the two waitresses was great considering, they apologized continuously. I give them a 5 star ranking as for the food and preparation I give a 4 star. You can’t fault the employees for a management error in organizing a consistent flow as waiting 50 minutes for pancakes and fruit is unacceptable.

First time having breakfast at this place. The vibe was excellent, the service was so so as well but the food is okay I guess, nothing special.

There is parking on the street. Lots of noise due to a construction near by, so you are going to get lots of dust and construction sounds.

There was lots of mosquitoes ???? where we sat next to the entrance. 3/5

Located on a less busy street, this restaurant offers excellent value, especially if you come for lunch. Between 12:30-16:30 they give discounts to combos (starter + main + dessert) for 139 pesos.

Overall the food is very tasty, I really enjoyed the sweet sour ribs and the cheese cake. The waitress spoke a little english but was very friendly. Recommend for sure!

By far one of the best places in playa del carmen to dine in!!! The dishes are AMAZING for such cheap prices (100-150 pesos usually). The atmosphere is just so beautiful, the staff is super friendly and fast. The drinks are also really, really good! 5 stars !

Cute little Italian Cafe in Playa del Carmen. Went there for brunch and wasn't disappointed! Food was fresh and the Tamarindo was delicious! Service was a little slow but I noticed that to be a trend in Mexico.

This review is low completely based on the service that we received.

When we arrived, we had a short wait before a table become available. The young waiter took away the placemats and put two new ones down. The table was not wiped and as soon as he looked at me he had the "oh, I got caught" look and I asked him to sanitize the table because it had spills and food all over it.

A lady came and took our order, wine, BBQ Ribs, and Pollo de Blanca, and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. It is a lovely place with a nice vibe. Every table was being served fresh bread but we were not unfortunately. Our food came out and we were now finished our glasses of wine, but the plates were dropped off and that is the last we seen from anyone until our plates were empty.

Not once did we get ask about our food, if we needed more wine, or wanted dessert. We waited 30 minutes after our dinner was done before someone (same waiter) came to our table. I told him that we we happy with the food , but disappointed that we didn't get any bread or more wine and he just laughed....no apology or anything.

For covid protocol, none of the staff wore their masks over their nose, as well as not checking temps at the door.

Heard this was a great place, but after our experience in particular with the one waiter, they won't see another dollar from us.

Fantastic Italian food with good portions and fantastic flavour. They also give a nice bowl of Chips and salsa.

Prices were around 200 pesos per meal

Highly recommend
