Second time visiting. Such a disappointment being the only guests in the hotel, also they knew we were comming for only one day and decided to clean the pool on Monday! They could've done that on sunday night but no. Nice, cozy, clean.

really cute hotel, staff are so nice .good location the main thing for me was how amazing the bed matress is, it is so comfortable ! wanted to take it home
definitely reasonable and worth staying here, and i would stay here again absolutely x

The place was very clean and the staff was very kind the pool was clean and nice
The hot water was okey for 30m .
The breakfast was chip but okey for the price.
The AC works good and the bed was very comfortable but the place is far from the center.
And the WiFi is excellent!!

They Didn't accept any debit or credit cards, even if on the web site they said that they would have accepted it.
Bad and very poor breakfast service, just some slices of bread with only one type of jam, old fruits and hot brown water that suppose to be coffee.
We also lost a pair of sunglasses that were in our bedroom, so my guess is that the cleaners get their tips by themself. I would put 0 stars if only I could.

There was no hot water when we came, the guy at the reception knew that and sayd noyhing. In addition to that, we didnt get enough towels and when we went asking for one more the same guy sayd there are no more towels so i had to use my own. Bottom line, we asked for a discount and got one but bik unlike for this place.

Very bad place. Dirty cutlery. The pool is small as a duck pond. The breakfast nonexistent. As my pictures. No hot water for the shower. Only cold water

This was the best value hotel I have stayed in for Playa del Carmen. Very friendly, fast internet, great check in, thick mattress, good location.
