Karen, Adan, and Quitze were incredible! I had problems with my macOS update locking up my computer and couldn’t use it for anything. I came in and they tried multiple different options to make things work until we found the solution that worked. Also I was finally able to get the update installed that I set out to do in the first place. Thank you again, I really appreciate y’all!

Karen and Quatce have been incredible. I have had a bad experience with a previous shop, so I went to Mac and the girls were so comforting and helpful. They even opened my phone in front me which had water damage and showed that the shop I went to before I went to Mac, didn't do their job properly. They told me they would do their best which they did to fix it, unfortunately the shop I went to prior to Mac has completely broken my phone, so Karen couldn't fix but they didn't even take money from me and they did their best. I really appreciate honest people like these girls. I can't recommend this shop more. If you are in playa and need emergency services, go to MAC. save yourself money and do NOT go to ISHOP mixup.

Fabio was amazing. He helped us contact the right people so my MacBook Pro could be fixed when the Ishop mixup was shady and trying to charge me over 1,500usd to fix something apple recognizes as their issue. He not only gave us the correct number to call but told us that at least 4 times a week someone comes in saying the ishop mixup scams people into paying for things they shouldn’t be paying for. To top it he even made me an espresso. His help was amazing and deeply appreciated.

Mac in Playa staff have had always been super useful and kind.
All my mac problems has been ressolved effitienly and professionaly at this store.

Last time I got an error in my mac, and they helped me at no cost!

This guys are really about service. 100% recommend.
