We waited for our check in at the pool until 6 pm, when we finally could check in : no water in the shower nor in the sink. After calling the reception, he tells us that we can leave now (so at 6 pm) or pay and stay (the full price, obviously no discount). We are packing our stuff and leaving. Never seen that before.

It is a quality price hotel. I stayed 3 nights for 105 euros. I appreciate the cleanliness of this small hotel. You don't have the view though because it is located at the intersection of Ave 30 and Ave 20. However, you will have easy access to local stores and restaurants. The staff is great. If you check in with many and heavy luggage, be warned that this 3 floor hotel does not have an elevator.

It's a really nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and clean, air conditioning and wifi worked well. The rooftop pool was really nice! It's close to the supermarkets and about 10 minutes by walking for the Quinta avenida and beach. It's a safe neighborhood, there are lots of restaurants nearby but no noisy ones.

Good location, quick walk to 5th Avenue or the beach. There mattress is uncomfortably hard and don't waste your money on the "breakfast" unless you want white bread and deli meat. Good for the price and if you don't plan on spending much time there.

Staff here are incredible nice, especially Alvaro! He went out of his way to make sure my birthday ended as good as it started! He along with the other team members will be greatly missed! Look forward to seeing them again in the near future!

Very good location. Pleasant place. Amazing rooftop swimming pool with a great view. Nice and helpful staff ????

Beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop pool. Staff is very nice and respectful. Amazing food within a minute walk. Recommend Nativos for the natural juices and La Ceiba for breakfast.
Definitely will be back.
