Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff is nice and smiling. The room was well cleaned every day. Nice coffee / tea and water spot on the second floor. Location just outside the 5 streets but if you wake up easily I would recommend to bring earplugs. We were not disturbed by the sounds of the night, as we were often partying too. The reception borrowed large beach towels to bring to the beach club and had breakfast at a neighbor's hotel. Loved it and can come again. We were a 2 week guest in March 2020.

A very good start of our honeymoon! Very friendly and good staff who truely did their best for us. Breakfast is in other hotel two blocks away, is also very good. Quiet area, directly on the beach. Pool is nice and cool. Don't know why they have only 2 stars, we would definitely come back!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will over charge you and treat you like you're stupid and take advantage of you as a guest for not speaking the local language. They over charge the price and are super greedy it's pathetic and horrible for business. This is one of
Those hotels that want to scam people especially travelers or people new to the area. My friend left something in the room after staying and they never mailed it or returned it to her!!!!! And yet again tried to lie and scam her. WORST customer service ever. Take your money elsewhere, SAVE YOUR CASH!

If you want to enjoy your vacation don't get a room here. They will squeeze every dollar out of you and hold your belongings ransom. Housekeeping is nice but management is all about how much money they can take from a customer. Want to be stress out? Then book a room here because you will have no peace.

The noise (mostly music) from the street kept us awake almost every night of our two week stay. If you get neighbours that smoke, you'll end up having all the smoke in your room, because the balconies are very close to each other. This is also the reason you'll hear all conversations your neighbours have on their balcony (and they can be loud).

If you wish to sleep, choose another hotel. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff really nice and the beds were really comfy!

The maids services were very nice which is the only reason they received one star. But the management was very rude and it was apparent that they were trying to scam my friends and I because we spoke little to no Spanish. They took way more money than we were supposed to pay, trying to get over on us.

Scammm scammm scammmm, if you do not speak the language they will try to charge you undetermined fees, there customer service is horrible, they are rude, they do not return phone calls, the staff stole 600 pesos and an item from my room and the manager refused to compensate stating it was did not happen although I made the front desk aware I left items in my room. They even denied me doing this. I implored with them to be reasonable and return my items they gave me a very hard time and still I have not received them. Do not stay here!!!!
