The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and pool were very clean. The room was close to the front of the hotel but yet it was very quiet at night, you don't hear the traffic at all. The location is excellent, very central and only 2 blocks from 5th ave. We were very comfortable all around and I feel this hotel is very much worth the price we paid.
Only 2 negatives points:
The air conditioner was VERY VERY LOUD and would wake us up when it kicked in. Fortunately it was cool enough at night that we were able to turn it off while sleeping and only use the ceiling fan which enough for us.
There is no dresser or other furniture to be able to put away some clothes. There is a closet to hang things up but no dresser. We had no choice but to keep most things in our suitcases.

Everything is great - All rooms have AC and Fan, showers are nice hot pressure, very clean and relaxing. Pool is amazing and Bar has the best drinks. Also big shout-out to Armando at the front desk he will help you out with everything from checking in, booking tickets to popular places and Amusement parks, getting taxi, and so much more, his service is TOP and unbeatable.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. Convenient location in between many neighborhoods with a wonderful staff.

Good location and good value for about $50-65 usd. The rooms and clean and a bit basic. The pool is very nice, good free parking. The breakfast is better than most hotels that include or offer breakfast. The Avenue it is on is central and good for exploring lower and upper 5th Avenue.

decent hotel with nice pool and bar. staff are friendly. breakfast is good. we got basic room and very spacious but not enough seating. AC works Great!

This is an amazing gem in the heart of Playa! First off the staff were amazing especially the breakfast crew. Every morning warm smiles and of course delicous food. The pool bar staff equally warm, accommodating and lovely. We had a room with no view and it was still enjoyable right by the pool so super quiet and easy access. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and Wifii available in the room and by the pool bar, I had to work for a day and no problems what so ever. Always fresh towels available for the pool and the beds were comfy, you do sometimes need to hustle after breakfast to grab a bed but something always works out with people coming and going. Check out all the amazing cute places on 10th to eat and just a 10 min walk to the beach. The hotel was super clean, colourful and most importantly welcoming. I can not speak highly enough!

The good:
- Nice location. Short walk to Mamita's Beach and right by 5th Avenue, but far enough off that it's quiet at night.
- Good breakfast with a nice mix of American and Mexican options.
- Lovely pool with a great mix of seating and lounging options, with a solid bar too.
- Room was spacious and cute. Firm but comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower with hot water, and also a nice cool temperature that felt great to walk into after hot days outside.
- Staff was really nice.
- Very reasonably priced.

The bad:
- The wifi was awful. It was fine in the lobby and pool area, but barely worked in my room. I needed a good connection for Zoom meetings so that was really annoying.
- The AC unit was very loud and woke me up several times a night. You may want to bring earplugs.

Also, before your trip I would check the anticipated sargassum levels in PCD online! The seaweed was awful when I was there (April 2022)-- the beaches were piled feet high with it, and the rotten smell permeated the whole town. I ended up taking day trips to beaches elsewhere in the region to get away from it, and even though I liked this hotel a lot, I wish I'd stayed in another town.

Very good and nice hotel! In a good price.
The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the center Main Street but in a very quiet neighborhood that lets you be located far from the noise and the crowded streets.
