We loved the rooftop pool, cleaned rooms and great service. Breakfast was good and should make everyone happy. Coffee is available all day. Ask the reception for your hairdryer if missing in your room. AND you can get towels at the reception for the pool or to go to the beach. Don’t lose them or you pay! We had a wonderful stay and i can only recommend this hotel. Next to the bank and shopping mall as well as small grocery store. You have a fridge in your room to keep your water fresh.

The parking lot and security attendant were great. The reception was quick and recognized my Platinum status with a nice room upgrade and late checkout. The pool area was well maintained with a decent view from the roof. Breakfast was good and attendants were able to maintain control and make sure guests used masks. The location of the property was convenient for my needs and the price was reasonable.

Just got back from a late May vacation and stayed at a all inclusive for 3 days and here for 7 days. Didn't have plans to stay but because of most of the staff and the location we decided to stay there the rest of the time. If we go back this will be a hotel we would strongly consider staying at again. The staff does a heck of a job. Antonio the security/car check out man was just so pleasant and very good at communicating even though I just started to learn Spanish on this trip and he didn't know English. The cleaning staff was so good at taking care of what they could take care of in the room. I don't like giving 5 stars cause that suggests perfection or anything close. It wasnt anything close to perfect but the staffs effort to make our stay a good one was really appreciated. Location was really good.

Great hotel and location to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is authentic and delicious and staff that work at the breakfast stations were fantastic and friendly. Room is not noisy and very clean and beds are comfortable. You are smack in the middle of everything in Playa del Carmen in between Cancun and Tulum with 5minute walk to the beach. We had a great time!!

Hubby and I loved the location of this hotel. It's central and easy to walk to the different restaurants and sites at Playa Del Carmen. It's right by Quinta Alegria mall and there's a Mega Soriana close by. Our room was nice and clean, as well as their gym. Highly recommend!

1. Premium location. Right beside a bank with an ATM, walking distance to 5th Ave, restaurants, bus stations and a Walmart.

2. Awesone breakfast. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. Hot local cuisines were made fresh and they were delicious.

3. Welcoming staffs. Although speaking English may be a bit challenging, the staffs were very friendly and willing to assist even the tasks were not standard. The first morning we only brought one voucher so my wife was waiting at the breakfast area while I went upstairs for the other one. The gentleman named Francisco in charge of the breakfast operation sensed my wife may feel unfomfortable standing there, he proactively and friendly walked my wife throgh the serving area and introduced every dishes and drinks to her. This truly defined what service is and we felt so welcomed.

The only thing yet to be improved was the room smelled a little musty when we just checked in but we can understand given the humid environment and the smell was gone quickly after running ac for sever hours. Will surly come back if we visit Playa again.

The hotel is located a block away from Quinta Avenida, three short blocks away from the public beach access and right next to the mall and right by many restaurants. We've stayed here twice and they are reasonably priced, clean u0026 friendly.
