Signed up for the Cata Mexcalli Experience mole and mezcal tasting and highly recommend it. In addition to 3 delicious moles representing different eras in the history of the sauce and 5 mezcals of various origins and production methods, you’ll be treated to music and historical facts about mole and mezcal, as well as a very full meal. More than just food and drink, it was a full gastronomic experience and education.

Also had the pozole on another visit and it was legit. Will likely be stopping by a few more times before I leave Oaxaca.
