We did the mole tasting experience with the chef! Wow what an experience! The moles were fantastic! However the chef and his knowledge blew us away. We left full of delicious food and with so much knowledge not only about mole, but the culture and history behind it! Would absolutely recommend this experience.

His restaurant is bright and clean, and he was very patient with our weak Spanish, working hard to help us to understand the origins of each mole, using his own artistic and technical skills, bringing together his professional training as a chef, with the delicious recipes of his grandmothers.
