My first ramen experience in Oaxaca. Friendly staff. Patient to explain what's available on the menu. Limited beverage choices-mainly Calpis-based. My Tonkotsu ramen was okay, the soup base is rather diluted. Got a complimentary sake shot from the owner. Thank you.
