This is a spotless hotel with nice public areas. The rooms are a bit smaller than what was expected in the photos. There is good hot water in the bathroom, air conditioning and many channels on the tv. The beds are comfortable and good linens. If you get a room towards the front, it is on a busy street and you do hear traffic. There are birds in cages in the courtyard which is nice to hear but not nice to think about their lives trapped in a cage and not able to reproduce for nature. The overall value is a little lower than expected. Personally we find the newer hotels have nice style and offer more of an experience.

Hotels staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are a bit on the small side but they are very colorful and well kept. I'd stay here again the location is within walking distance from 2 indoor markets and various city attractions.

My wife and I enjoyed great 3 night stay last week. The hotel was centrally located and they were very helpful in setting up transformation for excursions and COVID tests required to travel back to the states. Special thanks to Jesus at the front desk.

Be careful. They overbooked and put us in a much cheaper hotel. They refused to refund the difference or provide any compensation. The staff, especially the manager, are really rude, not apologetic at all. From looking at past reviews, they have a habit of overbooking - maybe it's a problem they have with Expedia bookings. Maybe book directly to guarantee a room, but the staff will still be terrible.

Had a lovely 5-night stay! Enjoyed staying in the beautiful king suite. Hotel was clean, spacious; strong WiFi for work; and loved the song birds in the courtyard. Staff was gracious, welcoming, and someone who spoke English was always nearby for non-Spanish speakers. Restaurant downstairs serves a delicious breakfast and lunch - good value. (Photos are accurate) I hope to come back soon!

The first thing that made me feel great about this hotel was its front doors, which were big, blue, and had hummingbirds. It felt good seeing them every time!

This hotel is so close to the Zocalo, but is also such a haven of peace once inside, with nice decorations, a library, comfortable places to sit and relax.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. There is free bottled water in the room.

I was very happy here!

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly and attentive service, at remarkably reasonable rates (we visited in January 2020). Beautifully appointed public areas; not sure I've ever stayed at a hotel with such a beautiful hallway right outside our room, which was large and comfortable, large shower too (something lacking even at many higher-end hotels). If you don't want daily cleaning service be sure to specify at front desk; DND sign did not suffice.
