We love staying here. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Our rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel has a limited menu but does not disappoint. We loved our walk to the zocalo (5-10 min) city center for shopping and must have street food!

Fine and clean hotel. Location is good on 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Service is good, however, we received some outdated information on taxi rates when we ordered one. Apart from that staff is friendly and helpful

We absolutely loved our stay at Parador Del Dominico. It is the perfect location to explore Oaxaca: walking distance to the bustling city center, yet a quiet oasis at the same time. It is tastefully decorated with a respect for history. The very old tree in the beautiful garden is an hommage to past times. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are neat (try to book a room with a terrace!). The coffee houses, bakeries, and restaurants close by are recommendable. No surprise, we will definitely be back here when we visit Oaxaca again. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

Quiet hotel a couple blocks away from the noise and congestion of the Centro district. I worried alot before our trip whether this hotel would be okay, if it was too far, it it would be clean and comfortable. There was no reason to worry, and I would definitely stay here again! The plants inside are so beautiful, the staff accommodating, the hotel is cleaned every day, the restaurant is good, the coffee shop across the street is great. The beds are a firm style, but we were okay. The walk to the zocolo and markets is like 15 minutes, not a big deal, and so much quieter! Bring a water bottle since the hotel provides free purified water to guests.

Loved the hotel. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are great. They're completely quiet from outside noise, however things inside do echo. I gave 4 stars because of the bed. It's like sleeping on the floor. I still would recommend staying here, but bring a mattress pad.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked everything about the place. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. The hotel has nice patio (see pic). It is located a 10-15 min walk from the city center. We enjoyed walking to different locations, always felt safe, sometimes coming back to the hotel around 10 pm.
The staff at this place is what sets the place apart. Very helpful, cheerful and courteous. All staff we encountered spoke good English. The stay included breakfast in the on site restaurant. The staff their was very nice and went out of the way to accommodate our requests.
