All perfect! One of the best hotel we've ever been in. The position is great, we also got lucky since we arrived just on time for the Guelaguetza festival which was running in front the hotel.
The room was on the ground floor, very spacious, comfy bed, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were welcoming.
We had a problem with our transfer and we asked for help to the reception... the ladies were lovely in helping us as much as possible.
We met Raul at the bar on the terrace where we had our welcome cocktail...one of the nicest and friendly person ever met.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from 6/5/22 - 6/10/22. We loved this hotel! A great location - right on the Alcala! Also it was extremely clean, the restaurant was very good, and the staff was so helpful and kind. It helped that there was a tour office connected to the reception area. Mariela from reception and Gerry from the restaurant were particularly helpful since they spoke perfect English - and were so very kind to us. The rooftop pool and welcome drinks were also wonderful! Thank you!!

Would definitely recommend! Great location, very clean, and exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Have Raul make you a berry mezcalita by the pool and enjoy the many restaurants and street vendors nearby.

Excellent hotel, beautiful, 5 stars in terms of service, AC worked perfect, Very nice room, shower and bathroom also excellent.
We felt very secured. Hotel schedules Covid tests for you if you need it at your own convenience. They can arrange transportation and tours too. Location is really good. Near important places and best restaurants. The only thing is that if you need a quiet sleep, you might need earplugs, many wedding receptions near by late at night. For me, earplugs worked like a dream.

100% recommended, but be aware of the noise at night.

I think that if i had stayed downstairs in a room, i might give this hotel a 4 rating.

The hotel is SUPER well located. You cant get closer to the action!

That said, the rooms are older and small and they are dark.

There was a lot of marble so ok fine but the best was not a Queen it was bigger than full and smaller than queen. Tradicional? The sheets were thin.

The AC gave us problems and we froze all night we couldnt figure it out.

The breakfast was included hut i didnt want to eat there.

They had a lovely fresh grapefruit juice.

Angel, the main porter, was very very very very nice! He welcomed us and physically came with us to show us the parking which is one block away. Its not far at all and i have to say that it wouldn’t matter except when you have gigantic luggage which was our case … also there is basically almost nowhere to station the car while you get the luggage out (its the side of the building IF you find space.. so good luck!

I would find another hotel to stay at if i returned.

Though again the location is fantastic!

Also the staff is very nice and will bring your luggage up all the stairs though there is no elevator. AND they come to your room when you have issues you run into or need help! AND they found our jewelry and returned it to us!
