We didn't stay at the hotel, but visited to use the restaurant and pool.
The restaurant is vegetarian, but surprisingly poor for vegan options. We had a sausage sandwich with salad and a spiced seitan steak. They were nothing at all special, and the portion sizes were underwhelming.
If you're vegan, be very specific about not wanting egg or dairy, even if these ingredients aren't specified on the menu. Our steak came with cheese sprinkled on the beans.
The pool was nice - for 130MXN each we got to relax by the pool on the sun loungers, and had the whole place to ourselves. Apparently, you can have pool access and the menu del dia (not vegan) for 160MXN, which is a bit of a bargain!

Cute little place and in the center of everything. Best service and will be back again.

The restaurant is not good. I went there twice with friends, tried about 6 different dishes, and all of it was like bland cafeteria food. The vibe of the restaurant is like eating in an office.

BUT if you eat at the restaurant, then you can hang out at the pool, which is a nice way to spend an afternoon.

Pool 4 stars.
Restaurant 2 stars. Because at least you can eat some vegetables there.

Just ate at their vegan restaurant which I think is great. When I visited there was a salad bar and a 3 course meal for 75 pesos and it was really good. Not luxury but very tasty basic food. They also have an a la carte menu. We were 3 persons in the party and all of us really enjoyed the dinner.

In my personal experience, rooms are fine, bathroom space and big mirrors inside and outside. However, tv room service was 'not available until tomorrow' and nothing could be done. They sent the technician but they already knew what was happening as they told us before. No room change was offered. Breakfast was standard

This place is old... old sheets, terrible comforters, beds are uncomfortable, no internet, no privacy, lots of noice around. I also noticed at the hotel entrance lots of cats about 30 or more to be exact, near the parking lot. I even saw a cat on top of the desk at the spa... really? I found it a bit disturbing. I love animals but not in excess where I can feel uncomfortable about sanitation.
