Very clean. Good location. Nice rooms. If you’re a walker great distance from Centro and markets. Stayed during Día de Los Muertos - close enough to enjoy and yet far enough for quiet.

This is more than a Hotel, this is a family welcoming into their, yes it is a Hotel, but with all the charm and grace of someone inviting you into home. My family and I arrived and were met by the check-in receptionist curbside and then we were escorted in to register. While being seated we were offered refreshments and assured that all of our information was in the system and all that would be required is a signature. We expressed interest in seeing what is in around Oaxaca. The staff suggested and set up a full day tour to the Monte Alban sight and to several other local shops and cultural sites in the area. Then they arranged for us to experience the cultural food and dance experience later in the evening. They assisted with transportation for us to visit Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, and safe guarded our belongings while we were gone and sent our laundry out to be cleaned while we were gone. The room was wonderful, clean and the kitchen breakfast was good tasting and very fast. I hope you have a chance to experience Oaxaca and please stay at this Hotel for an unforgettable experience of true Mexican hospitality and 5 star service! We can’t wait to go back for another visit and stay. Hotel Del Marquesado, Oaxaca.

Great location, great staff. The breakfast was amazing. Service was quick and fast. The staff offered great service.

Very nice place, a few blocks from centro histórico and church of Soledad. You can go walk to the andador turístico and have a very nice view of the city.
