Truly disappointing, the people running the property will try to take advantage of their guests by making up issues during your stay.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU ARE WARNED. These people are absolute thieves and will lie and try to claim compensation for a made up issue on check out. They even had my negative and honest review deleted from Airbnb to try to cover up their scam.

1. This place states to have air conditioning; however, the system provided is a portable air chiller (the system requires you to add water and doesn’t have Freon like a tradition Central air system or a window unit). This system will cool room slightly, but rooms are very warm in day.
2. Hotel provides dirty towels, yet tells you in their “house rules” that they will charge you for stained towels. When ask for clean towels, they think you are being demanding.
3. When initially asked for additional pillows (pillows very flat), no extras are available
4. Beds are very uncomfortable, especially with the plastic mattress cover. When removed plastic cover for slightly better comfort, host gets mad. They claim for COVID prevention measures, yet they never describe usage of plastic cover in Airbnb listing.
5. Host accused of using iron on dresser; however, it was exclusively used on the ironing board provided. Cooled iron place on dresser once done using.
6. Asked for refund of remaining days due to listing being misrepresented, yet they would not agree to process refund.
7. Hotel does not allow pets, but cats and birds reside on this property. Not good for those with allergies.
8. Water is shut off during certain hours and must ask hotel owners to turn water on. This is never disclosed anywhere.
9. Water has to be turned on for up to 10 minutes before it becomes hot.

Location is good and the hotel has a lot of potential; however, a lot of new house rules are made up during your stay and the hosts do not make you feel like family.

Cute indoor communal space. Receptionist very helpful. Ordered a double bed room, came with its own bathroom and shower. Room included towels, small soap and hot water. FYI the rooms do tend to get hot, although they have a fan AND a cooling fan... it takes a while at night for it to cool down. WiFi is slow

Great, affordable accomodation. Rooms perfectly comfortable, good, quiet location and nice courtyard to relax. Highly recommended
