Avoid this place. They will do everything to take advantage and rip you off. I went in wanting a balayage and based on previous reviews I felt place was trustworthy. I've been getting balayage for many years now so I know the process very well. They lady who did my hair took 5 hours, she was extremely slow and not knowledgeable of the techniques for balayage. She ended up doing highlights which I didn't ask for and then she pretended to die my ends. At the end my hair looked terrible like I had done cheap chunky highlights so I asked her to just die it darker instead. She charged me 2500 Mexican pesos and tried to justify herself stating she had to do two different processes. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
