I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. The rooms are very and comfortable. This last time the AC wast not very cool. But all in all its a great place.

Clean, confortable rooms. Easy access to shopping mall and various restaurants u0026 food court. About 20 min by taxi to airport or city center if there is no traffic jam..

The hotel is beautiful and the mall is great and full of so many food and dessert places. The traffic around the area is EXTREMELY heavy. I stayed here with my husband and daughters for 3 nights after the first night we realized the room didn’t run as cool as the AC said so we called and they had someone come look at it who told us the would reset it on their part and he could hear it wasn’t running as well as it should. The next day when we got back to our hotel the situation still wasn’t taken care of and no information as to why it wasn’t taken care of as given to us. They offered to move our room but it was way past 12 am and we had two sleeping children with us so thankfully it was cool that night and they said they’d fix it the next day if not we would get a new room. We left again the next morning and when we returned to the hotel we were told the AC was fixed. Of course we got up to the room and it was still warm and the reader showed the temp was way higher than it was set to. All that was offered to us was a free breakfast. Side note: we are supposed to be “reward members”. So here we are with a still broken AC waiting on a manager who still has yet to speak to us. Very disappointed in this hotel and very disappointed in the reward program. We will be getting out ASAP!

Great location. Hotel is part of a mall so just go out to great variety of restaurants and, of course, shops.
