Great customer service and location. Clean and quiet . Fitness area has the right equipment. Pool is shallow but very warm.

I was here for an conference, and the conference rooms (multi-purpose rooms) are very confortables, a very good sound, very good vision, the a/c was very comfortable, and the experience with the parking lot was cool. You can arrive there in public transportation, or subway.

Fiesta Americana always has the best service class. We felt protected (me and family) caring all details. Room, Bed, Meals, Services, price but of course the most important is their people inside ... people who works at the Kitchen, Desk, Cleaning... with all the protocols, all people well trained. Always with the Fiesta Rewards Program ... winning more nights. Thanks ! Congratulations ... keep doing well.
