Giving 3 stars because: 1. Some of the alcohol dispensers were empty for days. 2 Most of the people at the reception were nice but they don't take ownership of the short comings of the hotel. I.e asked several time to get a cup and sugar for the coffee machine and their answer was, not my job its the job of the kitchen!!! It was more helpful the people at the valet parking than the people in the reception.

I will give no stars to this hotel but I guess I must rate if I want to enter a review. This hotel had very uncomfortable and flat bed, their pillows were also flat and soft - basically very cheap beds (no box spring).
No towels in room and when requested, they were so old that you could see right through !! - the staff laughed when I showed her the condition of the first set of towels.
I had to shorten my stay as my family and I didn't get any sleep the one night.
The reception staff were rude, unfriendly and abusive as they don't want to honor online prices and manipulated prices and bill.
Avoid them if you can, it is a cheap place and very pricey for what you get.

This place is great, only thing is not having a compact fridge. I stayed there for business for a week. They have taxi service so you can go anywhere and not feel worried about your safety. The room service is good, kind of pricey. The food is not high quality, is something you can probably throw together is a few minutes. Location is right across the freeway from one of the major malls around the area.

The location is excellent. It's just un front to a big mall. The room is normal, just like they others City Express. The service it's ok, but it can be faster. Something was bad when the hotel made charges on my credit car, it was four days before check in.

Nice small room, just good to spend only one night there. I expected some toiletries like a toothbrush or tooth paste, but they didn't put that in your room. Besides that, the place is clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, rooms are always clean, different options for free breakfast. Nice food in the afternoon, close to bussines area. The girls at the desk are nice, polite and beautiful, taxi service and underground parking.
