The promos of the FoodBox are all over their website and on the flyers on the entrance to a restaurant. On Tuesday you can get a combo of a burger + drink + french fries for 179pesos and on top of that 100 pesos off for the first order. It works only if you order through an application. THE APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK (you can pay only with card/and it never allowed me to complete the transaction). So technically is a scam. The restaurant couldn’t help and didn’t really care, so we just got the food at full price. The burgers were good size and had good flavor, but the first impression was completely ruined, so instead of coming back I prefer going somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend. As a customer I expect to get service the restaurant is promising.

Its amazing how we have a lot of great burger places here in Monterrey. The Food Box is another addition to that.
I really like the originality of this restaurant, the burgers are classic American burgers, but each one has a twist to them (and a creative name).
There's a taste for everyone, classic or crazy, but all delicious. The special sauce they give you is delicious.

The only downside that the place is a biiit small, but not anything bad.
It's great to go with friends, because the have a bunch of board games you can play with.

Definitely go!

Vegan substitute for meat available. However the vegan burgers don’t have vegan cheese, they just change the patty to a vegan one.

The sweet potato fries are bigger than what they appear on the menu. They aren’t like American sweet potato fries. It’s basically a slice of sweet potato. I give it 1/5.

The food box has great quality and creativity on burgers with top-end meat (grass fed or even plant based recently). They've got great promotions. When taking click and collect, their preparation times are normally quite bad (over 1 hour after confirmation in 2 recent orders) which builds up hunger and affects the experience. No problems when eating at the restaurant

Best overall burger I've had in Mty, period. Don't be fooled by the initial impression the portion size gives. This burger is filling, savoury and mouth watering up to the last bite. My first impression was that it was pricey for a burger but that changed immediately after getting my first taste. Highly recommend it without a doubt!!

Excelent food and service. They always pay attention to every single detail so anything you order is top quality. The sauces, the sides and the main food, nothing will disappoint you and is just a matter of choosing your favorite pick.

They are not called "Best burger of the city" for nothing.

So my friends decided to come here for her birthday bc they have a great promotion for birthdays! Before she got there, the waiter Ceci recommended a drink that I did not like, she noticed I was not drinking it, so she asked me if I wanted to change for another one and I decided to do so, when my friend got there, we got hamburgers and paninis and they were delicious, the manager approached to our table to let me know that my drink wasn't going to be charged. Such a great experience!
