Al ir al gimasio hoy y al exigirle a Yaze una explicación del por qué según el ya tenia mi membresia vencida, no quiso darmela y con su actitud despota y grosera me dijo que no tenia porque repetirme explicación y que si queria quedarme a clase tenia que pagar el mes y que en caso contrario los guardias del Metropolitan Center me sacarían del gimnasio.

Fuera de intentar solucionar la situación de una cliente que lleva 21 meses asistiendo al gimnasio y que exigia solo lo justo del mes que me correspondia, asi sin más habló a una persona para que borraran mis comentarios de su página de Facebook y solicitó que me bloqueraran porque estaba poniendo comentarios negativos.

Jamás me habia tocado un trato así (de ninguna persona) y menos esperaba un trato tan terrible de un “Gerente” que en ningun momento intentó solucionar la situación. Estuve más de año y medio en ese gimnasio, pagando siempre por adelantado, participando en sus concursos, asistiendo a clases y es muy lamentable e injusto el trato que recibí el día de hoy.
