Took over two hours to have my room ready after check-in time. No pool towels, the gentleman at front desk told me to use the same towel to dry myself after swimming and showering as all guests do. Towels are not in rooms at 6 pm, so one must call and ask for them and wait 2 more hours. Staircase has same cigarette buds for 3 days... defenetly not coming back nor recommending it. There are better deals out there. Breakfast ok and room door does not close completely.

I have used this hotel more than the times when it was under different management. It seems like everything has gotten worsea
and the services decreased. They used to have one of the best breakfast buffets around, now the breakfast is merely a shell of what it was. The room access cards are so old that I had to go down to the reception to reprogram it several times in just three days. Not fun when you have to climb up and down two flights of stairs because the elevators don't work, in the heat and humidity at late at night. They removed any lamps in the rooms, the only lifghts are ceiling mounted so the rooms are dark. They don't supply kleenex in the rooms and barely any soap to wash your hands, when I checked in I only got one bar of soap in the shower. Also, the pool is not cleaned, there was debris floating on the top, as well as sitting at the bottom of the pool. Another issue was the water temperature for the shower. No matter what time you took a shower, the water temperature would fluctuate from hot to cold. I got scalded a few times and froze as well. This happened everytime I showered Lastly, the most important in my view, was the inadequate air conditioner in the room, it never got to a nice cool temperature the combat the heat from outside.

I booked this hotel for a 3 night stay. I was looking to find something in this specific area that had breakfast included, onsite parking and good reviews. Also, the price was of course important. Seems that it's a bit outdated and needs some fixing. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned each day and done well.

Breakfast was just ok. It was enough to get you out the door, but very basic. Eggs with ham or sausage )more like hot dog), some chilaquiles, beans and maybe they might have a quesadilla or pancakes if you come at least an hour before they close. And yogurt. Oj or coffee are your drink choices.

The room: The room was so small. The bathroom was also small that you can't leave the towel on the floor and open the door. Shower didn't have strong pressure and took a few minutes to get warm. Only shampoo and a small bar of soap are provided. The towels i received were a bit old and stringy. Time to be replaced. there was a hairdryer, but no iron. There is an in room safe and coffee maker. The makeup mirror was just barely hanging onto the wall. The tv worked, but there was no sound. The cable box and wires were hanging out from under the tv. I booked a king bed, but I received a small, uncomfortable matrimonial (double) size bed. I had room 116 which was the first one. Closest to the street, so you hear all the traffic and all the people outside. Quite loud, I thought the window was open, but it wasn't. At least the AC worked well and there were plenty of lights. Also the USB chargers charged well.

Pool was closed. Vending and ice on-site. I would probably look elsewhere on my next trip to MTY

Service at the restaurant is great. Waiters are very nice. Last time I went food was a little better than this time, but it still good. Rooms are clean, but the smell of the products they use are not very nice, it's kinda strong. You can hear EVERY noise coming from the bathroom or other rooms...*sigh*

Excelent place for sleep, good breakfast.
But They don't have clothes Iron, no refrigerator and neither coffee machine.
If you look for a long stay you will need to bring your own stuff.

Room was nice, ac was COLD, had to ask for extra towels. Breakfast was free with coupon given at front desk, have to get one each day; breakfast was very hearty and good. Just tip the waiter/waitress. At night they close the gate into the hotel, however there's a guard there at night to let you in/out. Love the sense of security.

Had a good experience, I had booked a single bed about $1k pesos p/night with ext. app. but I was able to change it to a double no extra charge at the hotel, thanks to the manager on duty, nice clean room, free breakfast though nothing fancy. I did not like the pool water, it was greenish so did not used it. Parking is limited so if you come in late you might not find a spot. Is fairly close to UANL and that's way I picked it just 15 min.
