The dining room and service was good, but my food was awful. I can literally make better Mexican food at home. My chile rellenos we're very oily, and the oil had a bad flavor. The meat inside was raw (see picture). Rice, beans and chips were also disappointing. They also over charged us! In summary, the place was god awful.

A great place with a good broad menu — lots of options to choose from. The ‘Huevos Nuevo León’ is one of my fave dishes. Fairly quiet and peaceful (aside from the blenders!) and it’s open 24/7, 365 days of the year. You can come along on Christmas! Basic décor and not much of a view (just looks out onto a parking lot). The food was of a good standard, but during peak times, occasionally arrives a bit cold. One or two times, they’ve just microwaved the dish instead of replacing the cold parts. But generally very good service and delicious food. Refill coffee is one of my favorites from Monterrey’s ‘general dining’ chains.

Very delicious meals served here at a generous price, first timer and will be returning tomorrow before I head back home. I'm also excited because they're going to be opening up a location in my hometown..the service was very excellent as well, kudos to Ricardo my server who was very attentive and served us a party of about 10, with ease and patience. Im now a loyal customer for life!

So, the food is really good, and that is the only reason this is not a one star.

Went there a week ago with my wife and my parents, they took 30 minutes to serve appetizers, and almost an hour to serve the entrees, most of them, one plate didn't make to the table until we had already finished everything else.

The waiter got angry when we complained and said that the ticket was from 20 minutes ago, Wich was of course not true.

After paying, the card used to pay got cloned and was used to purchase stuff online. I'm never setting foot in this place again, and really can't recommend at all given the service, it's a shame given that the food is really on point.

Good food. But when we went there the food we ordered was an hour and a half delayed. Some people complaned about it because it was crowded and not enough staff.
