We have stayed there on several occasions. This time we parked as we were told to do by the hotel staff and stayed for 2 nights. Upon checkout, we were told there was a HIDDEN fee of $280 for the parking because we did not park in the place reserved for the hotel. So wait a minute. Your staff tells us to park in a certain location, which is not "your" parking, and now you are charging me for doing what your staff told us to do? Will never stay at your hotel again.

Nice place to have a meal or relax. The place has free Wi-Fi and you can have a coffee while working in a not crowded place

World class venue. Friendly staff, very accessible.

Downside is the parking lot is kind of confusing, but easy once you figure out where you’re going.

The shopping center is modern, with a lot of new restaurants and different shops for everyone. The movie theater is nice as well. On nights where concerts and shows happen, traffic can be bad. It was nice to visit during the holidays because they had a balloon installation that was fun to look at and take pictures of. It looks like they’re still in the process of building more restaurants and shops. The Fiesta Americana hotel attached is also very nice!

For events: it's amazing, the organization is pretty great. However the prices are really steep (kind of expected for a show center).
For food: it's ok, it has its options but it is always full, don't you dream of coming when there's an event.
For shopping: don't come here, a Liverpool Is connected to this place but there's ton of better options around.

Awesome. It is big, you can see and hear perfectly. The temperature is very confortable. The employees are friendly and helpful. The parking lot has 5 levels.
