Room is comfortable, hot water, dark blinds.
The staff is super nice. No problem with anything.
Could even eat vegan at the all you can eat breakfast. Very pleased

Nobody here speaks any English. I understand that I’m in Mexico, but I would think that they have at least ONE person here that speaks a little English due to this being a hotel and in the center of Monterrey. The stay was nice, but I wish they paid their workers more since I’m paying a lot to be here. Would recommend staying at a little bit cheaper hotel if possible and Ubering to where you need to go.

In this trip, this has been my 3rd One hotel and this has been the best one by far. Loved the location! If you are visiting Tec de Monterrey this is THE Hotel.

A bit noisy during the night due to the different restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Other than that, great location and service.

Modern and clean Hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.

I only visited the campus. Looked modern and very laid-back.
