The menu is very good, everything you ask is a good size and taste the waiting time is the bad thing they made us wait more than an hour. They should fix that why a lot of people leave.
I recommend that you try the PACMAN hamburger is very big and you can share with someone and ask for something to the center to share.
Or if you want to try several types of hamburgers that they have there is a package that has 3 small hamburgers. They're all good. The service and decoration are nice.
The only thing they should do is shorten the waiting time.

Good food and service! Estimate 150MXN-200MXN per pax. Would recommend frat with veteran fries (it’s an appetiser sampler) and pac man burger!

Best burger ever. Two weeks later and I'm still craving for their brambs burger. Their drinks are so delicious.

Maybe I am just used to really big, high quality burgers but this one didn't quite live up to the hype for me. Just the same, it is a solid effort and pretty good taste, decent quality meat, good customer service and good drinks. 7/10 overall. (Came in late June of 2019.) My advice, keep doing what you are doing and keep trying to improve. This has the potential to be a fantastic place but don't remain content, keep getting better!

If you want a solid burger and queso/spicy wings hit this joint up! Also, their drinks are good, some on the sugary side, but again solid.
I've been here more than 3-4 times each time I visit. I'm from Texas and it's sometimes a good place for American comfort food and it never disappoints! Been several times and never a bad experience. Location is solid too.

I used to go a lot to this place but since the covid pandemic started I have been there once only... And I'm not coming back until this is over. Menu has very limited options for those who don't want Burguers (menu has got smaller because of the situation I believe), and portions also got smaller. The beverage was given in a small disposable cup... Which was not worth the price. I understand now they have to use disponible stuff but at least make it a bit cheaper because when I received my order I was disappointed...
