Not bad, the best part was the third floor with all of the glass sculptures and the gallery. I think people should be allowed to take pictures without flash.

Absolutamente, me pareció que está muy bien estructurado como manejan la visita. Desde que entras, hasta que compras tu boleto. Así como el tour guiado. Es una oportunidad para ver de cerca obras de arte hechas de vidrio y cristal, además que aprendes y observas la historia del vidrio un poco a nivel mundial, pero mayormente sobre la historia del vidrio en México.
2.- Cuánto tiempo dura la visita guiada?
Si no falla mi memoria entre 40 minutos a 1 hora.
3.-Puedes visitar el Museo sin tener un guía?
Me parece que no ya que el Museo esta dentro de vitro, es decir te mueves dentro de sus instalaciones y no todas las áreas estan abiertas al público, ya que la planta esta funcionando. Podría ser peligroso andar por las instalaciones sin un guía.
4.-Es posible tomar fotografías libremente?
Hay áreas del Museo en donde esta permitido tomar fotografías, hay otras áreas donde no esta permitido. Tú guía te mencionará cuando, y cuando no puedes tomar fotografías.
5.- Cuenta con estacionamiento?
Si, cuando llegas hay un portón. Por lo cual hay que acercarse y esperar que el guardia te de el paso. De pronto pareciera que esta cerrado o que te equivocaste de lugar pero no es asi. El guardía te dará instrucciones.
6.- Cómo es el trato con las personas que laboran en el museo?
Todas fueron muy amables, desde el guardia, la persona que trabaja en recepción así como tu guía.
7.- Cuentan con una tienda de regalos?
Al entrar al museo, en recepción hay una pequeña area donde puedes adquirir pequeñas piezas de vidrio, así como libretas, lápices y plumas con el logo del museo.
8.- Cuentan con alguna actividad?
Entre semana puedes tomar un taller en donde puedes crear una bonita pieza utilizando vidrio y llevarla a casa. Tiene costo, asi como la entrada.
9.- Cuál fue mi experiencia en general?
Estoy muy contenta de haber visitado el Museo. Cumplió mis expectativas. Realmente es una experiencia muy enriquecedora, es conocer las raíces de tu estado y de como los artistas toman este material y lo convierten en mensajes. Lo único que creo podría mejorar es que note que había polvo en las bases donde se exhiben algunas piezas. Pero eso no impide que las piezas sigan siendo muy buenas.
