Le doy 3 estrellas al servicio por dos razones: las dos hasta las puedo tolerar pero me parece algo inaceptable. Fuera de eso, me gustó la habitación, tiene una temática muy buena. Estaba limpia la habitación, las sábanas también. Al entrar se percibió un ligero olor a tabaco, pero sin llegar a ser molesto. Un detalle que me gustó es que el aire acondicionado es central, por lo tanto, no existe ese detalle del control del aire acondicionado ya que se encuentra en la habitación.

Un detalle que pienso podrían mejorar es al momento de pagar la reservación se pueda hacer transferencia bancaria, ya que forzosamente tienes que ir hasta el motel y pagar, y si quieres hacerlo con tarjeta se la llevan y te piden el NIP, un tanto inseguro para mí así que, si quieres evitarte esta molestia, paga mejor en efectivo para evitar posibles robos y fraudes.
