What a pity that being a 4-star hotel you cannot have solutions to typical cases that happen.
We would never recommend the hotel to anyone unless they want to have a bad time.
Since the reservation is a problem the website is full of a pack of lies.
1 they say that they accept all cards and when you want to pay they tell you that american express does not... when on the page they say acerparla. no visa either
They only accept reservation by bank transfer without any guarantee.
2 impossible to contact someone of authority by phone only the reception people who have a terrible attitude and are even rude.
3 late check out not available... We filled the hotel for a sporting event that we had and they did not give us the attention of being able to leave later despite the fact that due to the weather the athletes had to continue competing until late asking them to go deliver rooms and then continue competing. Unheard
4 we offered to pay extra to check out later and their rate for 4 more hrs is 700 pesos almost the full cost of the night.
5 they did not allow us to pay an extra night so that they could check out later due to hotel availability when we had almost a full hotel due to the competition.
In short, the worst service experience I've ever had, it's a shame it's with my royal compatriots.
