The service a little bit slow but pancakes are really good.

Service is OK. But food quality is poor compared to the US ihop (or any other restaurant in that serves brunch in San Pedro) Fruit was mushy, waffles were cold, coffee was bitter.

It seems like the were aggressively cutting costs in the kitchen. I have never been serve mushy fruit at a restaurant before

For this type of restaurant, completely unacceptable that restrooms are non functioning and dirty. Otherwise, what you expect from IHOP.

Average pancakes and long waiting time on a weekend. However, they provide good service.
