The area is beautiful with lots to do around. Also cant beat these views. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance and casinos if that is your thing. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Kept them entertained for hours. Rooms were cozy and clean with inward facing balconies. 10/10 highly recommend.

Don’t recommend. Find another hotel. This hotel is dirty and not taken care of. Walls are peeling in the rooms and then they dont have quiet hours. There were kids screaming in the lobby right in front of the receptionist, and another group of people drinking in the pool area all night. We got room near the lobby and we literally did not sleep AT ALL. And when I say screaming there were teenagers running around after each other at 2 in the morning !!!!!! Also how do you allow no face masks in the whole hotel, but are required a face mask for breakfast and you don’t provide them ?! Paid premium price for booking last minute but never again. Literal Trash

Pool is the only half decent area to bad it was littered with beer bottles the next morning

It was an ok hotel. Comfortable beds but very cheap with everything. They didn’t give us any conditioner or body wash and the water pressure was weird. Normal for me since I know Mexico but weird for someone not familiar with Mexico

Hotel algo descuidado por falta de mantenimiento, o mejor dicho ... por falta de renovación.
Se ve muy viejo.

Seguramente tuvo un mal día la persona de sexo masculino que me atendió, pues cometió muchos errores hasta en el precio (que me lo dejo mas bajo). Pero no por uno se juzgan a todos. En general todos los demás empleados fueron muy amables.

Solo por lo viejo que se ve el hotel dudaría en llegar.
El precio se me hizo justo en relación a lo que recibí.

Siempre soy reconocido como miembro IHG en otros hoteles, pero en este no recibe ninguna distinción.

La recámara doble que me dieron (lado del Martins) olía mal y a humedad, las almohadas tenían hongos y no eran confortables, el piso levantándose y la limpieza la comenzaron a las 5 de la tarde, hora en la que queríamos descansar, hotel viejo y descuidado, los techos de los balcones descarapelados. excelente atención por las recepcionistas.

Good location, staff was friendly u0026 professional, rooms were clean, showers are outdated u0026 restroom space is cramped, the rooms have an old like smell. We're in late March, COVID is practically over and they still have occupancy at 50% and swimming pool is empty.
