Warning!!! There are bugs in the rooms. After two nights, I am completely bitten. See also other reviews. I know it is cheap place but bugs cannot be accepted.

There are bedbugs in the rooms and kissing bug too probably. My sister has severe bites all over her body... We wasted our two days holidays for moving away and a laundy..

Positive: Personally, I liked the rooms, bed and cleaning. The breakfast included was good regarding to the relation with the price. The attention of the personal was fair. In general I felt comfortable in there.. Negative: Because of the location, the place is very visible, nevertheless, around the zone there no were big chain restaurants where I could get an invoice for my expenses. In the restaurant of the hotel, the breakfast was included but, unfortunately, one day the service was surpassed, people weren't attended good enough because of the demand..

The positive reviews have to be fake. The front desk lady was completely rude and took ten minutes to verify that my room was prepaid after I showed her the receipt. The room was tiny and the ac didn’t cool the room. I was sweating the whole time. The “breakfast”was a single muffin with papaya. Beds uncomfortable. Paper thin walls left us hearing a baby crying all night. Thousands of ants were crawling on the danishes in the coffee area. 2nd worst hotel experience of my life.

Service in general is awful, staff is not nice and definitely not welcoming. The a/c in the room had this annoying noise of dripping water (I asked for fixing twice but was not attended). There are no nice restaurants and conviniences in the surroundings. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Positive: Our room was super clean and the view fantastic. The Staff was excellent!. Negative: the price was too high for that neighborhood..

Breakfast at 7am and was late at that; not good for those in a hurry. Staff is a bit disorganized. Rooms are old, but mostly okay, kind you see in cheaper major chains. Two stars mostly for making me late to a meeting.
