Lack of options in regards of the breakfast, only option available was eggs, coffee and toast. I'm not an egg lover and just a cup of coffee and toast bread are not enough. The rooms were small and the shower was even smaller, my boyfriend had a lot of trouble getting in and out (he's really tall) and using the toilet, due to the lack of space. On the services they provided said they had the laundry service however, when we asked for it, they told us they don't, being that one of the reasons we choose the place. On the other hand I loved the fact they had hot water in the showers. And the overnight staff was really nice and kind (the girl).

Faulty Air Conditioning

2 small towels per day per couple

No respect for "Do Not Disturb Sign"

Thieves - Stolen Camera "Magically Disappeared from room"

Very Rude with a professional like attitude

This hotel was a good choice, at least that is what I thought before booking a three day stay, I regret doing so and this is why.

On my first day at this hotel I arrived exhausted from traveling from Houston to Monterrey, I was ready to go straight to bed and expect a good night sleep, that did not happen.
I soon became aware that the A/C "air conditioning" system was faulty, it made a very loud noise when turned on, so loud that I could barely hear the TV at the fullest volume, it was a nightmare but I was too tired to complaint to the front desk and pretty much knocked out on their HARD ROCK bed.
I woke up a couple hours later with enough sleep to make a complain about the A/C, I was surprised at their response, they stated that all of the rooms have that issue and nothing could be done. I requested more towels and their policy only allows you to have two very small towels per day due to low quantity and a high demand for them, even if you have booked the room with two people.
At this point I was ready to give up all hope for this hotel, so I requested a refund, the manager or whoever this guy is "short with a large complex," assured me that he would provide the possible customer service and apologized for any trouble, nothing was done fix the unrepeatable problems.

Worst decision ever, I later found out the they sold my GoPro Camera, I am sure about this. I left it on a specific spot inside the hotel, never took it out of the hotel and it was gone. Nothing I can do now, I'm back home in Houston, luckily I can make a police report against this thieves. Very bad service and a horrible experience.

It's a basic hotel, it's got just the basic things, small rooms and small bathrooms, it's very economic super cheap. And the location is very useful because it is nearby fundidora park and the old town of monterrey. It's good if you just want somewhere to sleep and nothing else

I had a reservation for June 17,2019-June 22,2019...I had called the hotel to notify them that I would be arriving around 3am .I called them around 7pm so I could make sure our room would not be lost.I was told it will be held for you just bring your confirmation number and payment..When my 3 children dad and I arrived we were told by the security guard there was no entering the building..I told them I had spoke to someone and I had my co formation number, the owner I'm assuming was laying down on a couch didn't even bother to get up to attend us and told the guard to make us leave..we found another hotel nearby cheaper too so thank God we found one cause at 3:15 in a town you don't know with 3 little ones is hard..I was excited cause after an 8 hr drive we were finally gonna get to sleep and then to have to walk around trying to find a place was discouraging....

It's an old hotel, and they do not pay attention in renovate the rooms. Example: the sheets, the bed, A.C., the walls are old.

I felt quite uncomfortable during my time there, if you want a cheap place, this is an option.
