Great if you like loud music and doors slamming in the early hours. Won't serve breakfast as room service and ordering drinks at the bar took so long I gave up waiting on one occasion, not that there's much to choose from. Stayed here for years ago, room decor is shabby and needs updating, definitely gone downhill. Cheap price and good location though?

Went to have lunch with family members at their restaurant and sadly the flank steak was awful, had an odd stench and disgusting flavor (as if it were in their fridge for ages). I have been their client for many years, specially on Christmas time, so I did not see this coming ????

Many areas to improve. Water available only at additional expense; bathroom smells bad; restaurant brunch very basic and serve old juices

My stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious and the customer service here was phenomenal. I want to thank all the staff, especially the waiter Jose Luis and Domingo for always being attentive and treating us well. The rooms had an amazing view! AC was cold, and overall would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Traveled here for work with my husband. Asked for a Mountain View, given a 3rd floor view of a building. Moved to 6th floor and got a Mountain View but with 2 queen beds. Called down for room service - no answer. Called front desk - no answer. Called “duty manager” - no answer. Called room service 3 more times with no answer. What kind of service is that? If you’re looking to stay somewhere nice, friendly u0026 accommodating - look elsewhere.

The hotel is good and well located. The breakfast service is too late for my needs since it starts at 7:00 am. I asked for a to-go box and the lady of the front desk couldn't handle the request. It seems like the staff needs better training in costumer service.

AC was never able to cool room down. To add insult to injury, the power went out for 3 hours in the middle of the night. It was so hot I had to shower to stay cool. Employees said food court was open till 11pm it was actually closed at 9pm.
