This place is really really fancy and is very well located.
The food was pretty good but the prices were not, it's a little bit in the expensive side, actually very expensive there are a lot of sushi places here in San Pedro that give you more bang for the buck

The ambience is exceptional. So is the service that they provide. However, they are missing the point of being a GOOD restaurant. The food was AWFUL and OVERPRICED AF. I ordered omakase, and nowhere in the world but in Hotaru serves omakase as if we were at a cheap sushi buffet, not to mention the quality of sushis was comparable to that of cheap sushi buffet. I would rather donate 900 pesos to random people at the street than visit this restaurant again.

Shashi is excellent. I guarantee this is the best sashimi place in MTY.

Great food, fresh ingredients with great taste, the place is small but with good ambiance. Try the Toro with foie gras, the Huachinango furikake was amazing, the place is for sashimi and nigiris, also you can try the Makis and Temakis... in the overall is a really good place.
