No hot water, beds are hard and rather uncomfortable, music next door was so loud we couldn't sleep, no remotes available for the air conditioner, so it was a one-time setting for the whole night or you'd have to call the front desk. It is close to the metro station.

Lovely staff, great rooms with amazing bathrooms , and great food. Couldn't ask for anything better.
