We arrived at check in time (3pm). Unfortunately there was only one staff person available to assist and there was a line up of guests.
The room was clean and spacious. The blackout blinds were a nice addition. We were on the 6th floor but could still hear the traffic below.
We had a hot breakfast included and it was good. The servers were not able to provide prompt response to some of our requests (requested a knife, didn't arrive. Requested tortillas, arrived after we finished the meal).
There's plenty of parking available.

Positive: Very convenient. I walked across the the Galleria Mall and restraunts are next door to each side. Didnt have to leave hotel to get taxi. Negative: The shower head was busted so it was spilling water out the side. Not a big deal though.

Fantastic place !!! Will definitely come back
Comfortable beds and a lot of space in the bedrooms.
The pool was clean and nice to have a small swim.

Hotel looks very clean! Staff are very nice even with a language barrier they went out there way to help me . Front desk ladies were super sweet

Excellent stay for 2 weeks at Four Points Galerias. Wonderful front desk staff and housekeeping. I appreciated the security guard on the parking lot and that the elevator required a room key to work. I had a wonderful experience and will be back.

We had a very good stay here. Great location near shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful anytime we needed something. The rooms are clean with spacious bathrooms. The bathtub was a plus, not many hotels in Mexico with a bathtub.

Overall, the service was ok, not great. I found out that if I want the room clean up, I needed to comunicate that. This needs to be comunicated when the person is checking in. Also, I rented a conference room for a two hour meeting and it was not ready (the air conditioner was not on and the temperature in the room was 85 degrees (almost 30 celcius). The attendant let us into the room and that was it. Never saw him again.
