So I went in alone expecting a good Superbowl Sunday . The first thing i notice is the waiters attitude when he approaches the table. I ordered a beer and food from the menu.I was half way through my beer by the time he brought my wings a sampler so i ordered another beer. I ate my platter first since i was going to wait for my next beer to eat my hot wings and also to switch my ranch with bleu cheese. My booth was extremely cold wich had the a/c blowing straight to my food. So much for ordering the blazing hot wings when the actual temperature was the same as when it comes out the freezer. The waiter finally came over and by that time my friend who drove by to join me was already waiting 15 minutes to be serviced. I at that time had to make sure i asked for 2 beers that i waited to arrive for another 20 minutes. I think the guy was already been spoken to by the manager staff and might be fired soon anyway. Today was truly a disappointing experience, I expected for the Buffalo Wild Wings company to keep up more with its franchises so that it can keep the consistency that is expected, specially on NFL Sunday's.
