It's a sad situation that their American cheese is of good quality but apparently the service is not so hot, I ordered through rappi and they sent me the wrong drink but not only that they sent me one of my most disliked drinks, what's the point of ordering a combo if what they are asked for certain items and to them it's so carelessly regarded, they are about 10 mins walking distance from where I ordered from and they took almost an hour, as I spoke to the delivery guy he said it had been a while because they had to remake my order since it was all wrong. I mean it was a horrible experience for a very hungry person that trusted them.

How hard is it to cook a burger and fries and deliver it 15km at 10pm? I don't understand. 90 minutes and nowhere in sight. Avoid. Hoping for a refund.
